The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns on perishable items, customized products, or clearance sale items.

Once your return request is approved, our delivery team will arrange a pickup.
The product must be handed over in its original packaging at the time of pickup.
Since we do not accept electronic payments, all refunds will be processed in cash upon successful return of the product.

If you wish to exchange a product, the same process applies. Once the returned item is received, you may place a new order for the desired product.
